PCOStrategies, Inc.™ has benefited my life immeasurably. Since becoming
involved with the program about 4 months ago, not only have I lost
a total of 27 lbs, but my insulin level has also gone down from a 35.9
to a 15.6 and my right ovary is beginning to clear up. I could close
right now and would have said enough to convince you about the benefits
of the program...but it wouldn't be nearly enough. Yes, I have achieved
great results, but it has all been a product of hard work and determination

I have been meeting the challenges of Syndrome O
in my life for over twenty years. When faced with infertility struggles
and a diagnosis of Type II diabetes at age 28, I decided to take charge
of my life and health. With a new self-motivating resolve to achieve
a healthier lifestyle, I began an organized and optimized nutrition
and exercise program. Significant weight reduction resulted, along
with miraculous improvements in my physical and mental well being.
With a little help from a fertility specialist, I ultimately conceived
and give birth to a healthy daughter!
